Job Summary
Lead the Patient Transportation team as Driver Supervisor, overseeing staffing and daily driver operations, ensuring safety and compliance, coordinating vehicle maintenance, scheduling, QA through ride-alongs, and training; maintains records, ensures BLS/CPR certifications, performance reviews, and adherence to policies; requires leadership, scheduling, driving patients, knowledge of Kronos and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Recertification as required by the Hospital
- Minimum of one year driving patients or related experience
- Minimum of one year of scheduling drives for others or related leadership experience
