Patient Transport (Driver)

Drive company vehicles safely according to the written schedule, transporting patients from homes to facilities for appointments and making pick-ups and deliveries between outpatient physical therapy locations. Maintain vehicles in clean interior and exterior conditions, coordinate maintenance schedules, and report problems to the supervisor. Assist the Administration team with daily operations by transporting furniture and supplies between facilities and delivering interoffice mail at designated times. Utilize computer proficiency, GPS, and direction-finding tools for route planning. Requires a Class E Driver's License, direct patient care experience, and one year of prior driving experience.
