Job Summary
Drive your own car to transport patients to non-emergency medical appointments in the Phoenix area. Set your own schedule, pick up members at scheduled locations, and drop them off safely. Must meet driving-history and background-check requirements, carry valid insurance/registration, have a 4-door vehicle (2006 or newer), and own a smartphone. Earn weekly via direct deposits, with a $2,000 bonus and a $10,000 guarantee for joining. Typical trips occur daytime (6:00 AM–6:00 PM).
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving history in the US
- No more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check (no felonies in the past seven years)
- Valid vehicle insurance and registration
- A 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer
