Job Summary
Drive your own 4-door vehicle to transport patients to non-emergency medical appointments in the Phoenix area. Use your own car, set your own schedule, and drive daytime hours (roughly 6:00 AM–6:00 PM). Earn a $1,000 bonus plus a $10,000 guarantee upon signup, with weekly direct-deposit pay and no hidden fees. Must be 21+, have at least 3 years of US driving history with no more than two moving violations or accidents in the last three years, hold a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, maintain valid auto insurance and registration, and own a 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer. Requires a smartphone (iPhone or Android) for app usage. Location of service in Waddell, AZ, US.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
