Patient Transport

Transport patients throughout the hospital in a safe, friendly, timely, and efficient manner according to department standards and training. Provide screening of people entering the hospital as assigned. Maintain good verbal expression and comprehension while establishing rapport, confidence, and trust with patients and staff. Hold a current BLS certification, which must be completed prior to the end of the orientation period. This per diem role at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital supports daily patient movement and security screening operations.
