Assist the Registered Nurse with routine patient care tasks including bathing, feeding, ambulation, and elimination needs. Monitor and document patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygenation, reporting abnormal values immediately. Accurately track patient inputs and outputs under the direction of nursing staff. Complete required unit secretary training within 90 days of hire.
