Patient Support Staff

Conduct safety checks at 15-minute intervals and ensure patient supervision per guidelines. Document timely clinical information, obtain vital signs, and assist patients with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, and meals. Facilitate educational groups covering social skills and coping strategies while observing patient behaviors to communicate significant observations to nursing staff. Provide a positive, supportive environment by resolving patient complaints and coordinating transportation as assigned. Maintain accurate incident documentation and complete required paperwork.
