Job Summary
Provide patient-focused front-desk support in a fast-paced medical clinic. Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verifications and authorizations, document handling, and patient communications. Responsible for posting and reconciling payments, maintaining accurate demographic and insurance information, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring smooth clinic flow. Requires strong computer skills, ability to type ~25 wpm, excellent verbal/written communication, and capability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Physical duties include standing and lifting up to 25-45 pounds as needed. Full-time, Monday–Friday with possible overtime and up to 50% travel between clinic locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or its equivalent)
- 2 years of experience in the medical field front office
- Experience working with the public.
