Job Summary
Patient Support Coordinator role in a UK-based clinic and technology platform focusing on patient queries, medication- and prescription-related communications, and coordination across pharmacy, clinical, and 3PL partners. Responsibilities include first-response support across phone, email, and digital channels; issue resolution with pharmacy and clinical teams; accurate documentation and information sharing; guidance on treatment processes and next steps; escalation for complex clinical or regulatory issues; safeguarding and controlled-drug governance awareness; and contributing to continuous process improvements. Requires 2+ years of customer service/patient support experience, excellent English communication, strong documentation discipline, digital fluency with CRM/ticketing/telephony, and compliance with SOPs. Annual base salary: £28,000 with hybrid working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or patient support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- High level of digital fluency across CRM, ticketing, telephony, patient management systems
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and following SOPs
- Enhanced DBS check to be completed prior to commencement
- Mandatory training including safeguarding awareness and information governance modules
- Incident reporting and information governance compliance
