Job Summary
Patient Support Consultant responsible for handling call consultations, recording calls and CTI-related tasks, coordinating with sales, home-visit teams, and consultants, managing 1:1 Kakao/KaRin app conversations, processing medical device replacements and returns, maintaining customer information and prescriptions, and managing consumables sales, shipping, and orders. The role requires at least an associate degree and 1+ year experience in CS or healthcare-related clinical settings, with preference for professionals with clinical backgrounds (nurse, EMT, clinical pathologist). Working hours are 9:00–18:00 or 13:00–22:00 with possible on-call remote work, and occasional weekday night or weekend/holiday coverage. On-site in Seoul, Korea, with remote possibilities during on-call periods. The posting emphasizes collaboration with departments (sales, home-visit teams, consultants), 1:1 patient channel management, and documentation care for prescriptions and related forms, aiming to support patients using medical devices through Air Liquide’s home healthcare services.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
