Job Summary

Patient Support Associate provides first-class customer experience at a fertility clinic, handling queries via telephone/email within 24 hours, processing referrals, coordinating with satellite clinics, explaining processes to patients, maintaining patient records and invoicing, and supporting overall administration. Key duties include managing inquiries, ensuring correct filing, using the patient database, processing payments for appointments, scanning and allocating documentation, and delivering high-quality patient care. Requires experience in administration, customer service, familiarity with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, time management, and empathy.

Required Qualifications

  • Educated to Higher Level
  • Experience working in an administration role
  • Experience working with patients / customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Excellent keyboard/IT skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality patient experience
  • Be comfortable asking for payments and taking payments from patients
