Job Summary
Ensure team members and guests remain safe at all times, including operating vehicles safely when needed to minimize accidents. Oversee key and vehicle tracking throughout the garage while maintaining organization and a professional work area. Greet every guest with a smile, uphold uniform guidelines, and use approved language choices. Communicate organizational plans with co-workers after shifts and set an upbeat tone for the team. Prior supervisory experience and EMT or call center experience are preferred. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and passing a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to run and move quickly
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Be organized
- Ability to create relationships with customers
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- EMT or Emergency Call Center Experience Preferred
