Job Summary
Patient Success Coordinator for TridentCare at Home responsible for owning the patient/customer experience in a remote-capable role; coordinates home-based service orders, communicates ETAs, schedules services, prioritizes dispatch with field ops, and supports billing paperwork while ensuring adherence to client SLAs. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills; High School diploma or GED is required with Associate's degree preferred; role is full-time and located in Columbus, OH with remote work within 50 miles of the office.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED equivalent required
- Associate's degree (B.A.) preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Medical terminology experience preferred but not required
