Patient Solutions Care Specialist

Remote setup and monitoring of sleep and respiratory equipment for VA patients; communicates with VA clinical staff via phone, email, cloud-based software or fax; monitors cloud-based software and provides therapy recommendations; interacts daily with teammates, VA staff, and veterans; inputs therapy notes, makes remote adjustments to therapy as prescribed by a VA ordering physician, and follows accreditation policies to meet guidelines.
