Job Summary
Coordinate operational and tactical plans for patient recruitment and retention on small to mid-size studies, serving as the primary contact with sponsors to ensure reporting schedules and milestones are met. Manage assigned project budgets, vendor relationships, and advocacy groups while developing risk management plans to protect project objectives. Represent IQVIA at site-facing meetings to train staff, conduct workshops, and present strategy, ensuring quality in deliverables and supporting process improvement initiatives. Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends and leverage internal intelligence to refine project strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent
- 6 yrs. of relevant industry experience
- In depth knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas
- Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Good command of English
- Ability to influence effectively within SPN/PRP team and project teams including TSL, PL, CL, CRA and the customer
