Job Summary
Lead and supervise the patient services team across a dermatology group, driving scheduling, patient follow-up, and provider communication while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Manage day-to-day team operations, monitor and improve KPIs, onboard and coach staff, handle patient escalations, and implement new processes and workflows. Collaborate with department leadership to assess service needs, adjust staffing, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience. This is a full-time, remote-capable role based in Portsmouth, NH, requiring dermatology experience and strong office-support skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required. Some college preferred
- Prior dermatology experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Must have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Medical experience/two years’ experience with scheduling and office support required
- Certified, Registered, or licensed Medical Assistant with a combination of education and experience preferred
- Maintains Medical Assistant Certification with required CEUs (if applicable)
