Patient Services Specialist - Team Lead

Perform all front office tasks and assist wherever needed in the office. Train new personnel in front office positions and act as a resource person for all office staff and patients. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working with a variety of personalities. Ensure attention to detail in daily operations.
