Job Summary
Be the first point of care—guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence while ensuring every detail of their visit is handled seamlessly. At SimonMed Imaging, patient experience begins with a welcoming front desk presence, verifying insurance, processing documentation, and facilitating smooth patient flow across imaging centers. This role requires empathy, clear communication, attention to detail, and teamwork to support clinical and operational staff in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
