Job Summary
Greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to facilitate seamless admission flow across imaging centers. Collect and maintain patient demographics, medical histories, and consent forms with accuracy while resolving scheduling and billing issues. Manage competing priorities in high-volume environments, ensuring every visit begins with clarity, efficiency, and care. This role supports clinical and operational teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences from the first point of contact.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes
- Experience working with EMR/PM systems
