Job Summary
Greet patients at imaging centers, verify insurance, and process documentation to facilitate seamless admission flow. Collect and maintain accurate patient demographics, medical histories, and payment records while resolving scheduling and billing issues. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every visit begins with clarity, efficiency, and care. Partner with clinical and operational teams to support smooth front desk operations and resolve patient flow challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes
- Experience working with EMR/PM systems
