Guide patients through admission with accuracy and compassion by greeting visitors, verifying insurance, and processing documentation to ensure seamless visit flow. Collect and maintain patient demographics, medical histories, and consent forms while resolving scheduling and billing issues in a fast-paced environment. Manage competing priorities with composure to support clinical and operational teams, maintaining a positive patient experience from the moment of arrival.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience working with EMR/PM systems
