Job Summary
Guide patients through admission with accuracy and compassion by greeting visitors, verifying insurance, and processing documentation to ensure seamless visit flow. Collect and maintain patient demographics, medical histories, and consent forms while resolving scheduling, billing, and patient access issues in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support smooth front desk operations and maintain a positive patient experience from the start of their visit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience working with EMR/PM systems
