Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information while consulting patients regarding benefits, coverage, and financial options. Optimize provider time and treatment room utilization by assessing minimum patient needs and scheduling appointments accordingly. Address customer and patient issues to ensure effective short-term and long-term resolution, providing timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or concerns. Greet patients and visitors to the office, delivering a high level of customer service. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with holiday rotation at the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area.
