Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to secure necessary authorizations for scheduled services while maintaining regulatory compliance. Accurately document pre-authorization information in the Electronic Health Records system and communicate with stakeholders to prevent denials or penalties. Identify high-risk requests requiring financial assistance counseling and coordinate peer-to-peer reviews or appeals when needed. Provide backup support for Patient Admissions and Registration as assigned.
