Patient Services Specialist II (Primary Care, Oviedo) responsible for front-line registration and scheduling support within a pediatric primary care clinic. Duties include handling customer service, entering and maintaining patient information, coordinating registration and intake paperwork, collecting and verifying insurance and payment information (co-pays, deductibles, balances), scheduling visits, managing no-shows and cancellations, handling EMR documentation, processing and routing medical records requests, and ensuring accurate billing/coding information. Requires high school diploma and specialized training beyond high school; experience in customer service and healthcare settings is preferred. Travel to other primary care locations as needed for coverage.
