Patient Services Specialist II (Primary Care, Indiatlantic)

Answer phone lines promptly, triage calls, and handle registration and scheduling processes accurately. Collect and verify patient insurance information, co-pays, and balances while ensuring end-of-day balancing. Coordinate all necessary paperwork for appointments, manage no-shows and cancellations, and confirm visits with patients. Scan incoming results into the EMR, check in and checkout patients, and process medical record requests. Ensure coding information is complete on billing documents and coordinate the release of information. This role supports Nemours' family-centered pediatric primary care team across Central Florida practices. Travel to other locations for coverage is required.
