Job Summary
Provide patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, collection and cash receipting, and front-desk activities for Heart & Vascular Care; assist billing and direct patients to appropriate billing offices; encourage use of front-end technology during registration; maintain confidential patient information; ensure accuracy and excellent patient experience; demonstrate critical thinking and ability to work on a team or independently in a fast-paced environment; adhere to applicable federal and state healthcare regulations; monitor inventory and stock medications/equipment; readiness to handle emergency codes; require High School Diploma or GED and computer/customer-relations experience.
