Patient Services Specialist

Patient Services Specialist roles are to manage clerical duties across front office stations in a medical clinic, with responsibilities that include learning and performing all duties of all front office stations, assisting coworkers in completing every PSS duty, strong copywriting/editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet time-sensitive priorities. The role requires being highly organized, flexible to changing priorities, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent English communication, and a valid driver’s license for travel to satellite offices are essential. This position is based in Altamonte Springs, FL and involves 26-50% travel as part of the role. Educational requirement is a High School Diploma or GED, with healthcare experience highly preferred.
