Job Summary
Collect co-pays, provide receipts, and maintain accurate accounting for all cash and payments while identifying and resolving discrepancies. Obtain information for registration and financial documentation, answer phones to direct calls and take messages, and schedule new and follow-up patient appointments. Maintain scheduling calendars, monitor Epic work queues for internal and external consults, and provide routine financial benefits. Process transactions and perform advanced clerical tasks under general supervision with a general understanding of insurance requirements for the Care Center.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
