Patient Services Specialist- Atrium Health Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Care

Manage patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and cash receipting while ensuring accurate data entry for billing and payment information. Provide compassionate customer service and interact with patients and families in sensitive situations, utilizing critical thinking to work cohesively on a team. Monitor inventory for medications and emergency equipment, demonstrate proficiency in emergency codes, and encourage patient use of front-end technology. Requires a high school diploma, computer experience, and customer relations skills. Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with rotating evening clinics.
