Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, address individual concerns, and collect insurance details including co-pays, deductibles, and open balances. Schedule appointments and manage the checkout process while assisting with other assigned office duties. Work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly. This role supports leading podiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists at Balance Health, enabling them to focus on patient care and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
- Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
- Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position
