Job Summary
Patient Services Representative at Twin Cities Orthopedics handles patient registration and check-in, processes co-payments and insurance information, and supports scheduling and communication with patients and referring physicians. Responsibilities include registering and greeting patients, documenting insurance details, scheduling new and existing patients, communicating appointment and copay information, preparing charts for outreach, maintaining knowledge of health plan requirements, coordinating with clinic staff and handling switchboard duties, plus other duties as assigned. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Word/Outlook/Excel, and customer service experience. Full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours (7:00 AM–5:00 PM).
