Job Summary
Patient Services Representative to greet patients and visitors, answer and assist all incoming calls, schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system, provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to patient inquiries, and maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information. Requires high school diploma with an Associate degree or Business School diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Full-time, on-site role at Shady Grove Fertility in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associates degree or Business School diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position
- Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (computer, fax, copier)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
