Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Adhere to HIPAA standards
- Comply with company policies and standards
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ Years experience in a patient facing healthcare function or other customer service function preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and customer service skills
- Mathematical and cash management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to work as an integral team member under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to show tolerance and sensitivity in stressful situations
- Computer literacy and ability to use multiple systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
