Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a patient-facing healthcare function or other customer service function preferred
- Critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills
- Mathematical and cash management skills
- Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and staff across demographics
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in multiple electronic systems
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Bilingual (a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress and safeguard confidential information
