Job Summary
Register and check in patients for Occupational Health at Eden Prairie, including collecting co-payments/insurance information and verifying details. Schedule patients accurately in practice management systems; communicate appointment information, directions, check-in times, and referral details to patients, families, employers, and clinic staff. Prepare charts and stay informed on health plan requirements and networks; maintain timely communication with patients and Health Quotient. Perform other duties as assigned while upholding HIPAA and applicable regulations. Excellent customer service and administrative/medical office experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Customer Service experience required
- Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred
