Job Summary
Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID for Occupational Health and MRI patients. Verify and document insurance information; schedule new and existing patients in practice management systems; communicate appointment details and directions; prepare charts and manage outreach activities. Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements and networks; ensure timely communication with patients, families, employers, and clinic staff. Provide essential administrative and clinical support to Occupational Health and MRI patient flow.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Customer Service experience required
- Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred
