Patient Services Representative

Greet patients and visitors professionally in-person and over telephone, while coordinating effective scheduling and confirmation of appointments. Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing patient referrals, ensure patient chart accuracy, and verify insurance eligibility to collect payments. Support the check-in and check-out process, confirm future appointments, and maintain financial records including daily and weekly deposits. Notify providers of patient arrivals and assist in presenting pertinent patient information. Ensure compliance with MCDC policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory agencies.
