Patient Services Representative (Medical Receptionist)

Greet and assist all patients and visitors while collecting and organizing important patient and business documents. Analyze health insurance benefits, verify eligibility, and determine each patient's financial responsibility. Maintain confidentiality and enforce healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and OSHA standards. Operate office medical equipment and oversee compliance with quality assurance programs and CLIA waived laboratory requirements. Collaborate with the practice manager and providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Travel to other Corewell Health Urgent Care locations as required. Full-time 3-day/12-hour shifts (7AM - 7 PM) with no overnight shifts.
