Patient Services Representative

Answer telephones, take concise messages, scan and index information into the medical record, handle requests for medical records, and perform basic scheduling. Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. This daytime, full-time role is with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Yukon Primary Care in Yukon, OK, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus up to $1,000. Population-specific competencies are required for this position.
