Patient Services Representative - In Motion Physical Therapy - Town Center

Process patient registration by verifying demographics, obtaining insurance cards, and identifying patients. Schedule appointments, transcribe orders, and update medical records accurately. Greet patients, answer calls, and route inquiries while entering scheduling information into the computer system. Troubleshoot registration errors, calculate liabilities, collect payments, and reconcile cash drawers. Assist with online scheduling, obtain referrals and authorizations, and verify RX benefits in the electronic health record. This role serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices at In Motion Physical Therapy - Town Center.
