Job Summary
Patient Services Representative II at Sutter Health/PAMF-Fertility sites responsible for front-desk duties: greet/check-in patients, verify information, schedule appointments, process insurance/patient payments, maintain EHR/PHI privacy, and support intake procedures. Requires excellent communication, ability to work with patients and staff, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a patient-facing outpatient setting. Schedule includes Mon–Fri with rotating weekends; travel across Fremont, East Palo Alto, and San Jose sites; per diem differential and casual shift. Per Diem/Casual position with 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m. shifts and occasional holidays; non-exempt status.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and patient billing
- Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions
