Job Summary
Deliver patient meals and snacks with accuracy while documenting food preferences and communicating dietary information. Lead retail associates through training and mentorship, oversee sales and inventory displays, and respond promptly to service requests. Maintain safety, sanitation, and confidentiality standards across all areas while facilitating communication between staff, patients, and customers. Support special retail events and identify improvement opportunities for ongoing coaching. Requires ServSafe certification, food handler card, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
