Job Summary
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage registration, appointment scheduling, and clinical call triage across multiple facilities. Support patients with form completion and paperwork while accurately entering referral information and maintaining up-to-date medical charts. Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment and escalate patient concerns to appropriate team members to ensure service excellence. Collect patient payments at the time of service and meet departmental productivity benchmarks while navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. This role supports operational efficiency and exceptional patient experience within our healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment
- Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service
- Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Strong commitment to patient care

- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
