Job Summary
Patient Services Representative for a full-time Day shift focused on front-office operations in a physician practice. Responsibilities include complete and accurate patient registration, pre-certification, charge capture and coding, posting payments, filing insurance claims, handling billing processes, and supporting outpatient coding and error resolution. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required; familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding and insurance forms is preferred. Location: Prisma Health Simpsonville Medical Campus, Hillcrest/Simpsonville, SC. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education - High School diploma or equivalent OR Post-high school diploma. Associate degree in technical specialty program of 18 months minimum in length preferred
