Patient Services Representative - Eye Specialists

Greets and checks in patients, assists with forms, answers phones, routes calls, develops and enters data into patient charts, and schedules appointments. Collects co-payments, performs general office duties, and maintains confidentiality while working in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner. This part-time role requires working two days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no holidays or weekends. Candidates need a high school education, strong computer skills, and knowledge of medical terms and health insurance, with EPIC experience preferred.
