Coordinate daily clinic preparation by managing patient identification, check-in/out, registration, and appointment scheduling. Take and deliver messages to clinical staff, report patient and physician information, and initiate prior authorizations. Ensure compliance with insurance coverage rules and eligibility standards. Maintain department service levels through effective phone call management.
