Patient Services Representative

Greet and check patients in/out, verify insurance including Medicare and Medicaid, calculate and collect co-payments, and process credit cards while balancing nightly deposits. Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on no-shows or cancellations, answer telephones, and check voicemail. Maintain accurate patient information and perform all other tasks as requested by management.
