Job Summary
Greet and register patients, collect co-payments and insurance information, and verify documentation in the practice management system. Schedule appointments for new and existing patients, manage chart preparation, and answer phone calls to direct inquiries and confirm check-in times. Communicate pertinent details regarding directions, referrals, and appointment information while maintaining timely contact with patients and staff. Perform any additional duties as assigned. This role supports the fertility clinic division of Infinite Health Collaborative, a physician-led group focused on empowering patients with healthcare control.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day)
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds
- Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents
- Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly
- Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer)
- Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, practices, and business ethics guidelines
- Ability to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
- Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
- Ability to work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately, and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally in face-to-face, phone and email interactions
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to be available for Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and every 11th Saturday at our fertility clinic in the Maple Grove location
- Ability to be available for Monday - Friday 7:15am-3:45pm and every 11th Saturday at our fertility clinic in the Maple Grove location
- Ability to pass the E-Verify program
