Job Summary
Patient Services Representative responsible for patient registration, scheduling, and front-desk duties in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include courteous telephone communication, collecting co-pays/deductibles, linking referrals to appointments, verifying insurance authorizations, balancing cash drawer, managing queueing and reminders in the practice management system, maintaining waiting room appearance, and assisting clinical staff. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Epic EMR experience and bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus; Microsoft Office skills desirable.
Required Qualifications

- Some college preferred
- Epic EMR experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite a plus
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Flexible; able to adapt to change
- Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus
